Current Senator Duties

Each month no
more than 5 pieces of Imperial Legislation will be voted on
·
Each of the 8
Representative Senators have a duty to vote on all Legislation.
o
Master of Coin:
§ Is responsible
for monitoring deposits & withdrawals from the guild bank.
§ Responsible for giving Authorization to Battle Master
for Gear & Credits needed for Major Guild events
§ Write up a status report to the Chancellor once a
month regarding the state of the guild bank and any concerns or issues that
need to be addressed.
o
Ambassador:
§ Is responsible for greeting new members to the guild

Each time logging
on be sure to great all members who are on.

The Recruiter
will give a report to the ambassadors listing newly recruited members – these
members must be welcomed via chat if they are on, or via in-game email
welcoming them to the guild
o
Recruiter:
§ Is responsible for managing the Guild Roster
§ Responsible for recruiting new member via an
Enlistment Roster given to the Recruiter by the Chancellor (who in turn
received it from the Battle Master). The
recruiter will then put their efforts into recruiting those needs on the roster
§ Each month the Recruiter will submit a Roster Report
to the Chancellor discussing the progress of enlistment and any concerns or
issues.
o
Imperial
Historian:
§ Is responsible for assisting the Chancellor with media
communication (website, facebook, emailing roster, etc).
§ Is responsible for assisting Chancellor with tracking
reputation points
The Senate

* The senate will
meet on Vent once a month (last Saturday of the Month @ 9pm pst)
·
* No more than 5

Representative Senators have a duty to vote on all Legislation.

*If a Senator will
not be able to make a vote for a reasonable excuse, they may submit an early
vote directly to the Chancellor only before the vote date.

*All pieces of
legislation will be posted on the website (Blogger for now until we get our
quote back from our site designer) for all to view, discuss, and debate. Make
sure your representatives know how you feel about the issues.
